Advance Healthcare Planning on Healthub.sg
Singapore’s ageing population needs clearer, more accessible guidance on eldercare and end-of-life planning, but HealthHub.sg lacks a dedicated space for these sensitive topics. Many people struggle to find trustworthy, culturally sensitive information and tools to make informed decisions. To fill this gap, I designed a new Eldercare & Advanced Healthcare Planning section on HealthHub.sg—an empathetic, easy-to-use space that consolidates key resources, offers step-by-step guidance, and supports important family conversations.

Creating a responsive website for an education charity - UniqueMindsHK
UniqueMinds HK is a new charity supporting students with Special Educational Needs in Hong Kong’s public schools, but without a website they’ve struggled to show who they are and why people should trust them. I created a site that explains their mission and programs clearly, shows their financial transparency, and makes it easy to learn about the team behind the organisation. A friendly, consistent visual style helps strengthen their identity, and the design is built to grow—ready to include future resources for schools and parents as the charity expands.

Parent Pilot - guiding parents through school communications
Parents are overwhelmed by school updates scattered across emails, portals, and group chats, making it easy to miss important information and adding unnecessary stress. To solve this, I designed Parent Pilot, a mobile app that brings all school communication into one place. Its core is an action-based to-do list that helps parents cut through the noise, stay on top of deadlines, sync tasks with calendars, and keep school life organised with far less effort.
